🗓️ Day-Wise Itinerary

🛬 Day 1: Arrival – Arrival – Bagdogra/NJP to Phuentsholing

Welcome to Bagdogra/NJP then drive to Phuentsholing and check into your hotels after done immigration formalities with our professional guide and our tour’s operator: (alt. 300m / 985 ft.) – The frontier town, it is a thriving commercial center, situated directly at the base of Himalayan foothills. It is a fascinating place where different ethnic groups mingle prominently Indian, Bhutanese and Nepalese. Being the border town, serves as the convenient entry/exit point for Bhutan and also the important link to visit the Indian state of West Bengal, Sikkim and Assam. Later visit; Evening take a down town walk. Overnight at the hotel in Phuntsholing.

After breakfast visit for local sight seeing

  • After an early breakfast Crocodile move to Thimphu, you will drive through Zangthoelri Goenpa, Breeding Centre, Kharphanda Goenpa S/seeing Proceed on The way to Thimphu,on arrival check-into the hotel. 

  • Thimphu is a capital city of Bhutan unique city with unusual mixture of modern development alongside ancient traditions. With the population of about 90,000, it is perhaps still the world’s only capital city without a traffic light. Evening time can be spent strolling through the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts bazaar, to browse through example of Bhutan’s fine traditional arts. Overnight at the hotel in Thimphu. (Altitude 2,320m) 

  • After breakfast visit KuenselPhodrang (Buddha Statue) a place for refreshing with a huge statue of Buddha on the top of the KuenselPhodrang, Bbs Tower , Centenary.
  • Market Saarc Building , Handicraft Emporium, , National Library, the institute of ZorgaChusum, Textile Museum National Memorial Chorten (Monument) & Folk Heritage Museum.
  • (Paro S/seeing )National Museum of Bhutan: Situated right above Rinpung Dzong in Paro, the National Museum of Bhutan is a house that showcases Bhutan’s culture. Built in 1968, the museum stands inside the ancient Ta-dzong building. The museum houses the collection of finest specimens of Bhutanese culture and art and its highlights are paintings and some bronze statues, which are simply masterpieces
  • Rinpung Dzong – Built in 1646 by ShabdrungNgawangNamgyal , the first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan, the Dzong houses the monastic body of Paro, the office of the Dzongda (district administrative head) and Thrimpon (judge) of Paro district. Over Night stay in paro.

After Breakfast drive to Phuntsholing. Evening an exploratory walk around Main Street and market area. Overnight at the hotel in Phuentsholing.

After a hearty breakfast, check-out from the hotel after done exit formalities with our professional guide and tour’s operator and drive to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station /Bagdogra Airport Tour Ends with Sweet Memories. Thank you.
